Your Purpose-Driven Role:

As an LPN with Correct Staffing, you’ll provide clinical and emotional support to residents while collaborating with a compassionate interdisciplinary team. In this vital role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ health conditions and treatments.
• Support residents in daily living activities with dignity and respect.
• Document care using electronic systems (RAI and PCC experience considered an asset).
• Foster trust, comfort, and connection with both residents and their families.

About You:

You are calm under pressure, proactive in your care, and bring heart to your practice. You’re a team player who thrives in long-term care environments and understands the value of kindness and consistency in residents’ lives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active registration as an LPN with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) – required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
• Knowledge of resident assessment instruments (RAI) and PointClickCare (PCC) – considered an asset
• Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen (required for this opportunity)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment
